GENERAL ENQUIRIES

What can PUPURIN provide me?
We are providing an online retail service.

How do I place an order?
First, make sure you are logged in to your account. Then, you can start looking for items you wish to purchase. Then click “Add to cart” to add them to your online shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the “Checkout” button. Select the address you wish to ship to, and select the Payment Method you would like to use. And you can edit the address from this page if you need to. Please visit “How to Shop” section for more details.

Is it safe to order online through your website?
Yes. Any personal information given to PUPURIN will be protected. Any personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Can I preorder item(s) on your website?
Sorry, all products are sold on a first come first serve basis.

Does PUPURIN offer wholesale?
We do offer wholesale on some of our range. Please view our wholesale details.

Does PUPURIN provide custom order?
We don’t usually do custom order, but if you have a special or interesting project that you are dying to ask us about, we would love to hear about it.

How do I provide general feedback on merchandise to PUPURIN?
At PUPURIN, we value each and every customer’s opinion and feedback. You can email us to do so.



PAYMENT

What is MYR?
All the prices in our online store are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer.

For international customers, please proceed to our Etsy store for complete payment methods, shipping options & policies. Payments are accepted through PayPal via direct account or credit/debit card. It’s very easy and safe.

I am transfering money from a foreign bank, how do I obtain the correct currency of amount to pay?
You can use any currency conversion services on the web e.g. XE Universal Currency Converter to convert from your currency to Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). Kindly check with your local banks for possible administrative fees.

What is the grace period for payment after an order is made?
Payment has to be made within 3 days (inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) once the order is confirmed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

PUPURIN claims that it did not receive my payment, what should I do?
Kindly check your bank statement again to ensure that payment is transferred to the correct bank account numbers provided by PUPURIN. We will check carefully with our banks should such issues arise. Do not hesitate to contact us.

What should I do if PUPURIN claims that it did not receive full payment?
We cannot ship your order until we have received your payment in full. Kindly check with your local bank for the respective bank administrative charge and re-transfer the balance to us should such discrepancies occur.

Will I receive any acknowledgement from PUPURIN when payment has been received?
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from PUPURIN once payment has been received. We will proceed to ship out your order promptly.



DELIVERY

Do you ship overseas?
We welcome international customers! Please proceed to our Etsy store for complete payment methods, shipping options & policies.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days (Sundays and Public Holidays excluded) upon receiving of payment, which is to be made within 3 working days upon placement of order.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of RM7 throughout Malaysia.

For international delivery, the shipping costs vary depending on the quantity that you are ordering, the shipping destination, and the shipping method that you select. You can find estimated shipping cost after you place product to shopping cart, and before you pay your order.

How many days do I have to wait in order to receive the delivered package?
The delivery time is approximately 2-4 working days for orders within Malaysia. For overseas packages, we will provide you with the estimated delivery time along with shipping details by email.

How can I track the parcel with my order?
You may check your order status by logging into your account. And you will receive parcel’s tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

For local delivery please go to ISIS Logistics or Poslaju for tracking. For international delivery, please go to Pos Malaysia Registered International Air Mail to track international parcel dispatch. After parcel is dispatched from Malaysia you should go to your local post website for tracking.

Can my order be delivered to a different address to my home address?
Yes, we can deliver to a different address if required. There is a ‘Change Address’ option during the checkout process.

Can I declare my package as a gift to avoid having to pay goods and services tax in my countries?
Sorry, we are unable to comply with such requests as these are laws set by the countries involved.

What can I expect from the package?
We normally place our products neatly in a craft paper envelope along with our name card. We may include freebies or other cool stuff.

I have received the delivered package but some merchandise are missing or damaged.
We apologize for any problems that may have occurred with your order during mail transit. All our packages are thoroughly checked and packaged with utmost care before they are shipped out. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to help.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
Please choose your items carefully as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after your order has been shipped. We always ensure items listed are described as accurately as possible. Please ensure you read the item listing, noting dimensions and colours. Please note colours may vary between computer screens.



MISC

This is a gift, will the recipient see the price?
There’s no need to worry, any delivery note that is shipped with the goods does not include the price of the goods.

Are all the items on this website available at all your stockists too?
We believe in having some stuff only exclusive to us to make your experience with us just that little bit more unique! Our stockists may carry a particular design from our range, but due to the limited quantities produced of each and every single piece and its particular combination, the chances of it are almost zero.

How often do you list restocks and new goods?
We try to do that at least once a week! Brand new designs are launched every 2-3 months to make sure we keep the brand fresh and innovative and of course, to keep you happy. So check back often!
